Bayou provides customer-permissioned utility data according to our data velocity for each utility, outlined here.

API users also are notified of utility_data_velocity for a given customer :

1. With the customer_has_filled_credentialswebhook which is sent when a customer successfully shares their utility credentials
2. With thenew_bill_status_unparsedwhich is sent when bill data is not available instantly.

If you believe that actual data velocity is slower than Bayou's stated data velocity for a given customer or bill has not been met or you urgently need the data, please don't hesitate to email Bayou at [email protected].
