What To Include

When making a support request, please include the following details if available:

  • A description of the issue or request
  • Timestamp or approximate time of the issue
  • The severity level of the issue or request (see Service Level Agreement for definitions)
  • Utility or utilities the issue or request is related to
  • Any relevant Bayou product unique identifiers such as customer ID(s), bill ID(s), interval ID(s)
  • Any screenshots, logs, or other info which might be helpful
