Support is available during business hours, 9am to 8pm M-F US Eastern time. (6am to 5pm Pacific)
What To Include
When making a support request, please include the following details if available:
- A description of the issue or request
- Timestamp or approximate time of the issue
- The severity level of the issue or request (see Service Level Agreement for definitions)
- Utility or utilities the issue or request is related to
- Any relevant Bayou product unique identifiers such as customer ID(s), bill ID(s), interval ID(s)
- Any screenshots, logs, or other info which might be helpful
